- Educational Qualification: Full-time B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc (Engineering) or M.Tech / M.E in relevant discipline from a recognized university/institute.
- Must have valid GATE 2024 / 2025 / 2026 score in the respective discipline.

- Maximum Age: 26 Years
- Age Relaxation: OBC – 3 years, SC/ST – 5 years, PwBD (UR) – 10 years, PwBD (OBC) – 13 years, PwBD (SC/ST) – 15 years, Ex-Servicemen as per rules
